Lioness Intent

A lioness fixes an intentional gaze as she surveys the land from her promontory position in an old acacia tree. There are several places in continental Africa where lions have taken to tree-climbing behavior, particularly in east-central regions. They are likely to be seen using these elevations to laze around on tree limbs above pesky nuisances like bugs, found at ground level.
