Gubei Village

Beneath the historic Sumatai Great Wall, and on the site of what was once known as Gubei Village, a traditional architectural resurrection has risen.

This entire village, now known as Gubei Water Town, has been created to exemplify the character and ambiance of ancient China. This image of the newly constructed elements is nonetheless an historic photograph, in the sense that it was created before the 21st century project was completed and started welcoming visitors as a tourist destination.
